Due to the importance of minimum downtime, 24 hours engineer hotline and repair services are available in case of issues with the product or test equipment.

Most cases the equipment is back in operation within a short time thanks to the remote access, and the root cause of the event can be diagnosed and documented by the PowerCon support team.

In other cases our service team will arrive on site according to the agreed respond time, including most common spare parts and the required tools.
